The Profiles module is separate from Innovation Central IdC modules. To gain access to Profiles, Administrator access within the Profiles module is required.
Note that you may have Administrator access to an IdC module, but not the Profiles module; in this case, contact your primary internal Innovation Central Administrator.
The Profiles module includes the following functionality:
- Profiles Tab: Access individual Profiles to make any manual changes, such as changing passwords.
- Event Access: At a glance, shows the Event Access setup of each Innovation Central instance; offers quick links to the IdC module Event Access and Special Roles setup.
- Reports: Run reports specific to Profile data.
- Exports / Upload: Export Profile data and upload new Profile data (if enabled).
- Admin: Configure Profile-related functions such as Rewards Points, Login Help, Self Registration, Password Recovery, Languages and Terms of Use.
