Idea Groups can be configured for each challenge and are a way to categorize or "group" ideas. Available only to review team, Idea Groups can be used during Triage, the Review Process, the Conclusion Process and when using Filters.
Configuring Idea Groups
Idea Groups are configured as a part of the Detailed Reviews menu as shown.
Idea Groups are editable when reading an ideas either one at a time or en masse using filters. Idea Groups are a powerful portion of Triage, as Idea Groups appear as the folder names when grouping ideas. See Triage for a full description. Using Special Roles, Idea Groups can be assigned to specified review team members to focus the ideas reviewed by these team members. Ideas can also be Concluded by Idea Group using Mass Conclusions or Triage.
