You can add and remove links to any of your Innovation Central events at any time. This has no relationship to whether an event is active or not, the Portal simply links to those events. To remove an event that is currently displayed in the Portal, navigate to the Portal Admin Space > Items Display. Click the X to the right of the event name to remove the link entirely. If you expect to link to the event again in the future, click the Edit link, and then select the Do not display option. When you want to link to the event again, change this setting to Display.
