You cannot view draft Ideas created by anyone but yourself. Draft Ideas are only accessible to the Idea author in their Personal space. Draft Ideas are not included in any Idea counts.
Note that there is a Draft Idea Reminder that can be sent to authors of draft Ideas. If enabled, two email notifications are sent to draft Idea authors: the first is sent 7 days prior to the event close date, the second is sent two days prior to the event close date.
