Image files used in any of the audience emails need to be uploaded to the FileStore module, and the files need to be enabled for access by unauthenticated users (those not logged into Innovation Central), since the email recipient does not need to be logged in to read the email. To do this:
- In the FileStore module, on the Uploaded Files tab, locate the image file (or upload a new file).
- Select the file's edit link in the Actions column.
- Set the "Allow anonymous access" option to Yes, and then click Submit.
