To move an Idea requires one of these roles: Admin, Oversight, Master Reviewer or Review Team Leader.


Ideas can be moved to another event or IdC module either individually or in a batch.


+To move a single Idea:


     Select Copy / Move this idea from the Actions menu and follow the prompts. 



+To move a batch of Ideas:

       

  1. First, create a filter to locate the desired Ideas.
  2. To do this, select Create a Filter wherever it's available (in the Collaborate Space, Browse Ideas view or Review Space).
  3. Set criteria to locate the Ideas. For example, Ideas in a specific Area.
  4. Tick the select all check box, and then select Copy / Move Idea from the actions list.
  5. Click Submit, and then follow the prompts.
