In each module where you want to track, add the Google Analytics code snippet to the footer of the page. The code snippet is generated by Google when you create a new tracking ID for the site.
The footer setup is in different locations, depending on the module. In IdC, it's in the Admin Space > Additional Setup:
In the Portal module, it's in the Admin Space > Portal Options > Customer Footer:
