Special Roles are assigned to grant privileges beyond basic idea collaboration. Special Roles apply only to the current event. If your Innovation Central environment has multiple events (across individual IdCs), then Special Roles must be assigned individually within each of those events.
These roles only apply to the Innovation Central module. The Admin role also exists in supporting modules; however, the role must be assigned within each individual module. The Global Admin role may be assigned from the Profiles module to grant the Admin role across all modules within the Innovation Central environment.
