The Global Admin role grants administrator privileges across all modules in the Innovation Central environment. This differers from individual Admin assignments from within each module.


To grant the Global Admin role:

  1. In the Profiles module, open the user's Profile document.
  2. In the Options menu, click Add as global admin. A confirmation message displays after completion, though it still may be several minutes before the user's new role is available. 

Note: There is no indication in the Profile document that the user has the Global Admin role.



To remove the Global Admin role:

  1. In the Profiles module, open the user's Profile document.
  2. In the Options menu, click Remove as global admin. A confirmation message displays after completion.
