This is where you configure how the Collaborate Space looks visually, including overall theme, options and widgets. The Collaborate Space is typically your users’ starting place in a challenge, where they learn about the challenge topic, submit and browse Ideas.

Field Descriptions


Select Theme

Theme: See examples of both theme styles here.

  • Classic: Style layout based on configurable widgets (widget descriptions can be found under "About these widgets" in the administrator menu)
  • Visual: Image-rich style layout.


Configure Classic Theme

  • To display a widget in the Collaborate Space, drag the button name to the Configured Widgets section.
  • To remove a widget from the Collaborate Space, drag the button name to the Available section.
  • To reorder the display of widgets in the Collaborate Space, drag it to the desired position in the Configured Widgets section.
