Preparing to Move Ideas
When you initiate the move of ideas from the Warehouse to the instance, you'll be asked to fill out some idea form information for the ideas being moved. In order to do this, the instance idea form needs to be configured to receieve the ideas before you initiate the move. This will be shown in the images below.
When you're ready to move ideas, make the appropriate selection and click "Initiate Move" as shown below.
The Move Ideas menu then appears, so make the selections for the appropriate Challenge (event), whether or not to delete the ideas from the Warehouse, whether or not to notify the authors of the move and answer the Idea Form questions and areas which have been configured.
