Even with SMTP whitelisting in place, a secondary spam filter may potentially catch Innovation Central emails. To help combat this, Imaginatik can make the default name in Innovation Central reference an imaginatik.com email, and disable the use of personal email addresses as the from address. This configuration will send all emails from this generic sender in standard RFC 822 format, with the person's name as the phrase. With this setup, it's important to check each Innovation Central module to determine if sender addresses have been configured because those settings will override this setup.
