The Templates section is where you create and manage templates, which allow you to save and reuse styles and challenge settings. Using templates can save a significant amount of time when you want to apply the same content, style, idea form, review process, etc. to a variety of challenges. We often see:
- Teams creating one universal brand for their program. These teams then template styles and ask all teams to use a single style for brand consistency.
- Challenge introductions, idea forms & review processes being templated when running basic challenges such as "Cost Reduction" or "Product / Service Enhancements" likely to be used by a variety of teams.
- Emails to contributors, conclusion email defaults, etc. that are consistent with messaging and program naming.
