If necessary, an idea can be Restricted from view to the general Challenge audience, but still remain in the system and viewable to those with Special Roles. Reviewers can restrict ideas by using the Actions Menu like this:
The idea will not be visible to the general Challenge audience, but to those who can view it, there will be a notation at the top of the idea for awareness:
