After the review team decisions have been made, we are ready to finalize our challenge. To effectively close it out, you’ll need to go through three steps:
- Conclude the ideas.
- Provide a report.
- Close the instance using the archiving function.
These steps are the opportunity to communicate to the individual idea generators, the organization as a whole and your sponsor the outcomes, decisions and lessons learned along the way. The most successful innovation programs have the discipline to consistently include these steps.
