Participation Rate 30 – 45% (Number of people who accessed event / Total invited audience)

  • Provides feedback on how successful your communication was in reaching participants and engaging them on your topic.


Contribution Rate 55% (Number of participants who contributed content / Number of participants)

  • Will reveal how easy/hard it is for the audience to provide input on the topic.


Contributions per Contributor 1.75 pieces of content (Number of Ideas and Comments / Number of contributors) 

  • Gives you an understanding of how much each individual generally contributes.


Collaboration Rate 35% of ideas will have Comments (Number of Comments / Number of Ideas)

  • Shows how freely people collaborate and support stronger concept development.
