Innovation Central is compatible with the main browsers on the market today, including Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari and Google Chrome).
Specifically, Imaginatik does regular testing on, and will accept bug reports against, the following supported browsers:
- Microsoft Edge: most recent version
- Microsoft Internet Explorer: Version 11
- Mozilla Firefox: most recent version
- Apple Safari: most recent version
- Google Chrome: most recent version
We also support Safari on iPhone and Chrome on Android devices when using our mobile interface.
Note: It is assumed that the internet browsers are used in their standard configuration. Changes to security settings, compatibility modes or the installation of some browser plugins may prevent the proper functioning of the system.
Innovation Central business administrators will use their browser to access parts of the application to which regular users do not have access. The browser requirements are the same as above, although it should be noted that the Analytics functions are not supported on IE8 and IE9 due to the performance of these older browsers.
