The Accounts Tab focuses on the specific accounts and associated activity within your environment.
Accounts Overview
Accounts Overview shows how well your organization is taking advantage of your Innovation Central environment. For example, we see that 90% of the accounts in this environment are active, and we've had 7 unique users this month. We also see September was a peak month for unique visitors. This may have coincided with when a large challenge was launched or similar activity.
Inactive Accounts
With Inactive Accounts, you can keep tabs on who has no activity associated with their Innovation Central profile. This may prompt an effort to reach out to these individuals to engage them in new ways, or discover what's holding them back from participating in innovation activities.
Visitors
Use this view to see who has visited a specific challenge. Simply select the challenge and a list of names will be presented.
