The Innovation Central Consultant is the person who has specialized knowledge of the Challenge Method and Innovation Central. The Innovation Central Consultant, sometimes referred to as the Admin, is responsible for managing an Innovation Central challenge from defining outcomes, to planning through completion of the challenge. Experienced Innovation Central Consultants are also well versed in a variety of Innovation Central use cases.
To have all configuration capabilities within an Innovation Central instance, the Innovation Central Consultant, needs Administrator and Master Reviewer special roles.
